We are San Francisco East Bay Area locals focused on building a real estate business. We help home owners sell their house quickly. We invest and renovate distressed properties to increase the value of the home and respective neighborhood. We provide investors a safe and alternate pathway to grow their wealth.

Collectively we have over 10 years of real estate experience. We have invested in real estate across northern California, Michigan, and internationally. We are diversified across long-term rentals, short-term stays, while primarily focusing on fix-and-flip properties.
